Our technology

Guaranteed inbox delivery, from your own domain

Deliverability is the difference between outreach and noise. Our API-based sending gateway skips the fragile SMTP warm-up game entirely, so you send at full campaign volume from day one, from authenticated domains under your own brand, with placement monitored in real time.

Glowing envelopes flowing through a translucent protective shield

What does our deliverability technology do?

Before a single prospect hears from you, the foundation is verified. While campaigns run, every signal is monitored. If anything drifts, sending pauses automatically until it is fixed.

Authenticate

Dedicated sending domains under your brand are configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, verified against all major mailbox providers before launch.

Send via API gateway

Campaigns go out through our API-based sending gateway, not traditional SMTP mailboxes. That means no fragile weeks-long warm-up ramp: you can send at full campaign volume from day one.

Monitor and protect

Inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints and blocklists are tracked continuously. Deviations trigger an automatic pause, a root-cause fix, and compensated volume.

Why does an API gateway beat SMTP for outbound?

Traditional outreach tools send through Gmail or Outlook SMTP mailboxes. SMTP was designed for one-to-one email between humans, not for campaign volume. That is the root cause of warm-up rituals, per-mailbox daily caps, and burned domains. We use a different layer of the email stack.

How our sending method works

  • Campaigns are sent through professional email gateways built for bulk delivery — the same class of infrastructure that large SaaS platforms use to ship hundreds of thousands of transactional and marketing emails every day.
  • Sending happens over a dedicated IP address allocated to your account, isolated from every other sender.
  • Your authenticated sending subdomain sits on top, so the mail is signed by your brand while the gateway carries the heavy lifting of delivery, throttling and reputation control.
  • Your everyday mailbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365, whatever you use internally) is only used to receive replies. It never touches campaign volume.

Why you can send in volume from day one

  • No mailbox warm-up. The gateway — not your Gmail or Outlook — is what delivers each message, and it is already trusted by the major inbox providers.
  • Dedicated IP. Reputation is built on infrastructure you control, not shared with unrelated senders.
  • Full isolation. Outreach traffic cannot damage the reputation of your main corporate domain or day-to-day email.
  • Built for scale. Thousands of emails per day without stitching together 10+ inboxes and rotating between them.
  • Lower blacklisting risk. Gateway-grade spam handling, feedback loops and bounce processing are applied automatically.

SMTP — the old way

  • Protocol designed for person-to-person email
  • Hard per-mailbox daily limits
  • Weak spam and reputation controls
  • High risk of blocks and domain damage at volume
  • Requires multi-week warm-up on every new mailbox

API gateway — the professional way

  • Infrastructure purpose-built for bulk sending
  • Dedicated IPs and advanced delivery logic
  • Sophisticated spam filtering and reputation management
  • Higher inbox placement with inbox providers
  • Volume from day one — no client-side warm-up required

Put simply: SMTP is a regular email account. An API gateway is a professional email engine. We do not send through Gmail or Outlook — we send through a gateway on a dedicated IP under your authenticated domain, so you can send in volume without risking your domain and without warming up your email client.

Your domain, your asset

Many agencies send from their own throwaway domains. It protects them, not you: prospects see a stranger's address, replies live outside your systems, and when the contract ends the reputation evaporates. We do the opposite.

  • Campaigns sent from sending domains under your own brand
  • Your primary domain stays fully isolated and protected
  • Replies land in mailboxes you own and keep
  • Every campaign builds reputation that stays with you

The delivery guarantee

We put our fee where our promise is. The guarantee is simple and written into every agreement.

Verified before launch

No campaign starts until authentication is verified against every target mailbox provider. Because sending runs through our API gateway, there is no SMTP warm-up window to wait through.

Watched while running

Placement and reputation metrics are monitored on every sending mailbox for as long as campaigns run.

Compensated if it drops

If deliverability falls below the agreed threshold, sending pauses, we fix the cause, and lost volume is compensated. You never pay for email that did not arrive.

Deliverability questions

Why do cold emails end up in spam?

The most common causes are missing authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sending too much too fast from a cold SMTP domain, poor list quality and spammy copy. Our API-based sending gateway removes the SMTP warm-up problem entirely, so you send at full volume from day one, and we handle authentication, list quality and copy before a single campaign email is sent.

Why send from our own domain instead of yours?

Because reputation is an asset. When campaigns run on your domain, every positive interaction builds sender reputation that you own and keep. Agencies that send from their own throwaway domains leave you with nothing when the contract ends.

Will outreach put our main domain at risk?

No. We set up dedicated sending subdomains or sister domains under your brand, so your primary domain and everyday email are fully isolated from campaign traffic while you still benefit from the brand recognition.

What exactly does the delivery guarantee cover?

We continuously monitor inbox placement, bounce rates and blocklists. If deliverability drops below our thresholds, we pause sending, fix the cause and compensate the lost volume. You never pay for emails that do not reach a real inbox.
